Integrate this memory into the timeline of your life.  Discover the root cause pertaining to your issue.  If applicable, remove the trauma bond or any energy cords that connect you to someone from your past. Reclaim the power you lost. Reconnect to dissociated or disconnected parts of your energy field. Clear all the times this issue repeated itself. This hypnotherapy session includes twenty minutes of Reiki to aid in energetic release and integration.
